Adding a "pneumatic gripper" to Rob5x makes it possible to automate test processes and reduces human handling of the samples to be tested.

KEOLABS' Rob5x can be equiped with a pneumatic gripper to allow autonomous handling (pick up, maneuvering and deposit) of ID1 PICC cards during testing. Equipped with the pneumatic gripper, the robot can retrieve the device under test (DUT) indivudually from a stock within the robot's operational area, hold the DUT through the testing procedure and then deposit the DUT at any location within the robot's operational area.

The pneumatic gripper may be included at time of production or retro-fitted to fielded Rob5x robots.
